Radford Band Boosters
Mission
The purpose of the Radford Band Boosters is to advance the best interests of the Radford High School Bands by providing support. By definition, the role of a booster organization is to “boost” the band program in a positive manner, mainly through volunteerism and fundraising.
If you are a parent or guardian of a student(s) enrolled in the band program, you are automatically members of the Band Boosters organization!
Maintaining a healthy and thriving band program for our students requires support and funding beyond what is provided by the school system. The Radford Band Boosters is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was formed to provide this support, and as such, donations made are tax deductible.
Our Band Boosters objectives include support of the following activities and needs:

Uniforms purchase and maintenance

Instrument and Equipment purchase and repair

Music and supplies purchases

Providing chaperones/volunteers for band events

Fundraising Activities organization and implementation

Encouragement of new parent involvement

Inspiring and maintaining an enthusiastic interest and support for the band program

Supporting and advocating for music programs in the public schools
2023 - 2024 Band Booster Meetings
Generally the second Monday of each month @ 6:00 PM in the RHS Band Room. Meeting dates are subject to change. Please check your email or watch our website and Facebook page for those changes.
Get Involved
There are always ways you, as a band parent can volunteer. Whether it be chaperoning a football game or competition, or simply bringing snacks for the students. Click the button below to volunteer.

Volunteer Opportunities

Some buttons may not be active yet as there will be weekly opportunities to volunteer. An email will be sent out letting you know when an opportunity is available. Payments
Marching Band Fees
If you are paying a student's Marching Band Fees, choose "Marching Band Fee" from the drop down menu below and click "Add to Cart". If you need to purchase shoes in addition to paying the fees, click "Continue Shopping" on the PayPal Checkout screen. You will then be brought back to this page. Choose "Marching Shoes" from the drop down menu then click the Add to Cart button. If you need to pay more than one student's fees, you may do so on the Checkout Page.
Donations
If you would like your donation to go towards a specific student, make sure to add a note with the student(s) name indicated when making your payment.
