There are always opportunities you, as a band parent can volunteer. We can't do this without you! Whether it be chaperoning a football game or competition, or simply bringing snacks for the students. You can find all of our sign up's on this page.​

Loading Crew/Chaperones​

Would you like to help be a part of the loading crew/chaperone for the home games and competitions? Here's your chance!

​

The marching season is upon us and we need chaperones! As a reminder, chaperones get in for free! For football games, we need at least 4 chaperones per night- mainly for equipment set-up (helping get all instruments/equipment to the field prior to the game and on/off the field at halftime, then off the field at the end of the game, water and supervision in the stands). For competitions, we need 6 minimum, to chaperone on the bus, in the stands and help with loading/unloading before the competition, during the competition, and when we arrive home. Competition days are FULL days. Information on times will be emailed from Ms. Wilson closer to the performance dates. Thank you for your help! We could not do this without the assistance of volunteers!

VT Concessions

We need 4-5 people to work concessions at each VT game.  You can only volunteer if you have completed the forms and training requirements (See Donna Sams if you would like to complete the training and volunteer).  We must have 4 total, but it would be best to have 5 and sometimes 6.  We will not know the start times until closer to the date, but you can plan on it being at least 8 hours of your day.  We will also not know which stand we are working until the day before and sometimes the day of the game.  Thanks!
